NETSOL Technologies, Inc. (NTWK) develops software that automates vehicle and equipment financing for lenders, manufacturers and dealers.
Asset-finance lenders are updating older systems, and NETSOL signed a September 15 agreement to move BMO Equipment Finance to its Transcend platform. Fiscal 2026 revenue rose 12.5% to $74.4 million, operating income nearly doubled to $6.9 million, and cash reached $27.1 million; an October 2 sales hire targets further U.S. upgrades.
At approximately $74 million in basic market value, NTWK trades at approximately 1x fiscal 2026 consolidated sales even after a 26% rise since September 25. The next quarterly result could draw attention if upgrades sustain margins and cash generation, but two customers supplied more than 40% of fiscal revenue, advance billings helped cash flow, and minority investors own parts of its subsidiaries.
Opinion: NTWK appears to offer a potentially undervalued asset-finance software opportunity with near-term in-play potential if signed platform upgrades translate into durable margins and cash generation for shareholders.
